Jackson had a much better day today than yesterday! His nurse Leslie took such good care of him. Jackson really likes her! I noticed him opening his eyes the most when he could hear her. It makes me feel so good knowing he has nurses that love him so much.
Jackson is off the bubble c-pap and just has the simple oxygen tube. He tolorates that much better. His lumbar puncture was not as succesful today as we would have liked. They were only able to pull 2cc's of fluid. There goal is 8cc's.
Tonight after shift change Jackson's aunt Anna got to spend about an hour with him. That was fun. She got to watch nurse Nicole do his "touch time". All together today was a pretty good day. I hope we have many more like them.
